Initial Consultation
Before your initial consultation, you will be asked to complete a comprehensive health and lifestyle questionnaire and a 3-day food log.
The information gathered during the initial consultation will enable me to determine which program is the best match for your goals. We can work on as much or as little as you want.
Ongoing Support
How often we meet after that will depend on your health and wellness goals. The best outcomes are from a close and continuous partnership, where I can support you every step of the way.
