Thank you for all your guidance in my weight loss journey thus far. It’s been an amazing 6 months since we started and shedded 7.5 kilos and a good amount of body fat! The constant monitoring, recipes, exercise logs and weigh-ins have pushed me as well as challenged me to keep up and to achieve more daily. I feel much better now, tons more energetic and most importantly I feel younger and a whole lot more active! I must say, I love how ‘real’ you are during discussions. It isn’t pressurizing to always have to eat a particular way or to do a fixed meal plan. You’ve advised me to bend and twist, given me allowances during my much needed treats & meals out and taught me how to ‘eat through it all’ without feeling guilty & yet keeping on track! This has benefitted me greatly as it has stuck on with me and I use this knowledge for every meal now. I love the fact I can still have those pieces of dark chocolate, ice cream treats and even go on intermittent fasting to have bigger meals out with family during weekends! I still have a little more to do to get to my eventual goal and I continue to look forward to attaining it with you! It’s been really fun & a great experience to have someone like you stick through my worries & joys of personal goals. Thank you Charlie!
